Brandon is a creative leader and innovator with 15 years’ experience in digital and multi-channel marketing and advertising. He has developed a proven track record of revolutionizing global brands such as Walmart, P&G, L Brands and Chico’s; positioning them as front-runners within the digital marketing channel. He is a unique creative that also has deep knowledge in technology, marketing, analytics and eCommerce with an innate ability to refine with a “less is more”, customer-centric mentality.

Jake Phillips

Jake has been working in Digital Project/Account Management and Operations for over a decade. He started his journey founding and leading a successful mobile marketing startup, where he was awarded as a Top 20 College Startup by WSJ. From there, he moved to Resource Interactive (now IBMiX) where he focused on Digital Project and Account Management as a Senior Project/Account Manager, and lead clients for brands such as Victoria Secret, Kohls, Shaw Floors, Sleep Number, Northwestern Mutual, Purina and many more. More recently, Jake also spent time sharpening his skills leading teams of SEO/Content, PPC, Email and CRO Specialists for a leading performance marketing agency. Currently, Jake leads operations and accounts for Snow Day Studios, working with iconic brands such as TiteBond and Red Roof Inn.

Alex Webb

Alex obtained his BFA from Ohio State University in Art & Technology. The nature of his degree and his expertise in music allows him to indulge and thrive in multiple medias. As a designer and musician, his natural state is being creative and always taking a unique perspective to any project he works on. Alex has worked on projects ranging from apps, branding and websites of various sizes for local as well as national brands.
